Terms of Use

The terms for using this website.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website (acaasol.com), operated by ACAA Solutions, Inc. ("ACAA Solutions," "we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. They cover this marketing site only - the EvoMerge application is governed by the EvoMerge Terms of Use, and a separate agreement governs any client portal for clients with an active engagement.

Use of this site

This site is provided to share information about ACAA Solutions' services and to let visitors get in touch. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it beyond ordinary browsing, or use it to submit false or abusive content through the contact or meeting-request forms.

No professional relationship from browsing alone

Viewing this site, submitting the contact form, or requesting a meeting does not, by itself, create a client or consulting relationship. An engagement begins only once both parties agree to its scope, typically in a separate written agreement.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, and case study content on this site belong to ACAA Solutions (or are used with permission) and may not be copied or republished without consent, other than ordinary sharing of a page link.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party destinations (for example, LinkedIn, YouTube, or a downloadable brochure). We don't control those destinations and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACAA Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
